Just wanted to tell you how pleased I am after todays visit.
I was so happy with the gentle understanding way you dealt with my 3 special boys
all different in their own way and you dealt with them individually.
You catered to their different personalities and kept them calm, especially my very nervous little pony.
Thanks again, it is so good to know that they were, in no way, upset with their experience
of seeing the dentist.
